First Aid
First aid is available at security, located near the Zoo’s entrance..
Lost Child/Lost and Found
Lost family members or misplaced articles should be reported to security, located near the Zoo’s entrance.
Storage Lockers
Storage lockers can be rented at the stroller rental, with lockers available in different sizes. Rentals are priced at $8 and $10 per day, which includes a $3 refundable deposit.
Handicap Access Alternate Routes
Signs are posted throughout the Zoo offering alternate routes to steep grades, which may be difficult for those in wheelchairs. Most of these alternate routes are confined to the hilly North America region.
